Hello,
I just received an e-mail saying my Trello account is going to be deleted soon if I don't login before December 9th.
Somehow I lost my 2FA token when moving phones. I think I still have access to my recovery code, but I can't find any option to use it even after multiple failed login attempts.
Is there anything that can be done to recover my account so I don't lose the data associated with it?
I'm pretty sure my issue is the same one as described here:

Hi @superoskar6
You're correct, you had the legacy 2FA, so I started the same process described in the other post. I'll quote it for your convenience.
"1) I've started the process to remove 2FA from your account. You should soon receive an email notifying you that the recovery process has begun.
2)After a 24-hour (security delay), you'll receive a second email with a link to recover your account.
3)The recovery link in the second email will expire in 12 hours. Please click the link and enter your password to disable two-step verification.
In order to disable the 2FA you should remember your old Trello account password."
You need to have access to your mailbox to regain access to your account.
Beyond that, I saw you also have the Atlassian 2FA. You can trigger yourself the process to remove this 2FA following the instructions outline here, I'm afraid we can't trigger this for you!
Have a great day!
Thank you so much! Everything worked perfectly, and I didn't lose any of my old data.
