Lost option for rotating stickers

For the past month I have been unable to rotate stickers on cards.  I used to be able to rotate, move and delete, now only the delete button shows.  It wouldn't be a big deal but they don't apply straight.  They are now always off kilter and look like a child applied them.

Can this feature be fixed? Or even better - could you make it so they apply onto the card straight instead of crooked?

I also do not see those options, I'd report this one as a bug to Trello Support - https://trello.com/contact

It doesn't seem like the functionality has been removed purposefully, as it's still mentioned here - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-and-removing-stickers-from-cards/
