Hello, This is urgent. A board has been closed and we cannot recover it. Even the admin cannot find it in closed boards. This is blocking our work and we need immediate assistance from a human agent.
The board name is St Cyr

Thanks @Arkadiusz Wroblewski for flagging this :) 

I've checked the board status and promoted you to the admin role. This happened because the previous admin's account was deleted, leaving the board without an administrator due to a technical bug. Could you please try reopening the board now?

This board is closed and not deleted. The admin has no access anymore to this board. Could you please re open it? Or can I have a phone number to contact the support? This is very urgent please

Hello @Mr Ben 

Make sure you're logged in with the right account. Closed boards aren't deleted go to trello.com/my/boards, scroll down, and select View all closed boards, or try opening the direct board URL to reopen it.

If it's completely missing, it might be permanently deleted (which is unrecoverable) or hitting a backend glitch. You'll need to contact Trello Support with the board name (St Cyr) and your workspace details so they can check the backend.

I also requested Assistance from Atlassian as you stated it's very urgent for you. While that's happening, could you please double-check the specific steps I asked about?
