Lost access to our board

Our church regularly uses a board to manage bills we pay (utilities, etc.).  We abruptly lost access to the board and are now told that only an administrator has access.  I thought I was an admin already. The original admin account no longer exists.  This board was created in 2020 or earlier.

The original admin account being deleted makes this tricky, but it's worth trying the official Atlassian instructions for recovering a board when the admin is gone: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-the-admins-of-a-workspace-or-board/

If that doesn't help, the only other option is to post here in the community and hope that an Atlassian staff member picks it up and escalates it internally.

I am having this exact same issue, and I can't find a way to contact trello besides FAQ. Very stressful, vital information just gone right now.
