Lost access to my account

I've been using an e-mail login with credentials for a long time.

I've logged off one day (by cleaning all caches on my browser) and logged in through google log-in method by mistake (didn't really remember). 

It has logged me into the completely new account. 

I can't access my old account which I've a lot of stuff on.

My email is prot**n@gmail.com
My account name @hoshee

Please help.
