Lost access to my Trello board due to inactive account

Hello Trello Support,

I’ve lost access to one of my Trello boards and I need your help to recover it.

I was the only administrator of the board, but my admin account was tied to my old professional email address. Unfortunately, this account seems to have been deleted due to inactivity. As a result, I can no longer access or manage the board, and there is no other admin to restore access for me.

Could you please help me either:

  1. Reactivate my old account so I can recover the board, or
  • Transfer admin rights of the board to my new email address?

This board contains important information, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in regaining access.
