My other account has been locked out ever since my free trial for premium ended. I have tried resetting my password but no email comes through. I've checked junk etc but nothing there. Can someone help?

If this is your Atlassian account for a company you work for I would recommend reaching out to the admin for assistance.
If this is a personal account I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support.
I would normally also recommend checking junk/spam, as the reset emails always seem to go there, but it looks like you already did so that's awesome.
