Lost Boards

Hello,

I'm connected in Trello with the correct email adress but not with the right user name.

My boards are now empty and I'm the admin.

What can I do ?

Hi @FX , this is almost always a wrong account, not data loss.

• Open your profile avatar in Trello and use Switch accounts to add the login you actually used to create those boards, even if it shares the same email: switching between Trello accounts lets you link up to 10 logins and jump between them without logging out.
• If a different sign-in method (social login vs. password) created a second account under the same email, Atlassian has no automatic merge for Trello. Per merging and splitting multiple Trello accounts, the workaround is logging into the empty account, inviting your other user as admin on each board and Workspace, then logging out of or deleting that empty account.
• If you still can't find the boards from any login, contact Trello support directly, they can look up which account actually owns them.
