It's been two months or more since I lost the information on my TRELLO board—all the entries, labels, and the to-do list with the tasks I was working on.
Since then, I've seen this message:
Request sent. If your request is approved, you'll receive an email.

It is like my workspace has been deleted without sending me any info.

Hi  @Santiago Sanz , deleting a Workspace doesn't wipe the boards inside it, it only closes them, so your data is very likely still there.

  • Go to trello.com/my/boards and check the closed boards list for it.
  • You can only reopen it yourself if you were an admin of that specific board, not just the workspace.
  • The Request sent screen means you're currently not even recognised as a member, so only someone who still holds admin on that board can add you back.
  • If nobody has that admin access anymore either, that's when it needs a direct ticket with Atlassian Support to check the board's actual status.
