Loss of frames when recreating account

When accessing trello today, forgetting my password, Atlassian asked me to create a new account, it was created using the same email, losing all my boards, how do I recover?

Welcome to the community.

You probably are logging on a different account than usual, do you have a board URL that you can share so I can see what is the original email of it?
