Login issues.

Hi! I have this person, she’s a helper on a board I have. I added her to the board a month ago and made her a member but it said “Account not created yet” on there. I have her telling me now that trello is giving her issues. She sent a screenshot (the one I’ve attached) and said the “One last thing!” button does nothing when she clicks it. So she comes back a little after, saying she’s figured it out that she has an account but can’t log in, because the button on the screenshot she sent me does not work. I’m unsure of how else to help. I asked her if she checked her email and had anything she needed to verify but she didn’t respond to it. She just says the button does nothing. If anyone could help, I’d appreciate it very much.

Account not created yet means that Trello still sees her as a virtual user: the invitation exists, but the invited email address has not been linked to a verified Atlassian account.

• Confirm the exact email address used in the board invitation.
• Ask her to sign in, recover her password, or finish creating the account with that same address, then verify the email.
• If she can sign in but the board still shows Account not created yet, remove the virtual member and invite the verified email address again.

If the One last thing! button remains unresponsive, she should retry in an updated private or incognito browser window with extensions disabled. Atlassian documents the invitation process in Add a person to a board and the browser checks in Troubleshooting browser issues with Trello.
