If you are on a free plan, then all you got is the community. However fear not, cause I've asked for help and an Atlassian Support Engineer will review the post and respond on this thread within 2 business days.

I've just taken a quick look at recent email logs and confirmed that some recent emails were successfully delivered.

I have frequently checked my spam folder and it is not there
I have contacted my email provider and they have asked for the exact email address that it being sent from and if you could please provide the dates and times it was sent so can you please provide this information?
