I am trying to login to my account using my email but I am not receiving the code to login or the recovery link when I request it

I have tried contacting Atlassians support but I keep getting redirected to the community page. can you please let me know how I can contact Atlassians support directly? Thank you for your help

If you are on a free plan, then all you got is the community. However fear not, cause I've asked for help and an Atlassian Support Engineer will review the post and respond on this thread within 2 business days.

Hi @Robert Georges 

I've just taken a quick look at recent email logs and confirmed that some recent emails were successfully delivered.

  • Could you please check your spam folder to see if any Atlassian notifications  may have ended up there? Sometimes our messages get mislabeled as Spam and might skips the inbox entirely.

I know this might sound basic, but it helps us eliminate possible issues and work toward a solution faster! Let us know how it goes!

I have received the notification for my gmail account but the account I am trying to access is robgeorges@protonmail.com I can't receive a code or a link for this account. Can you please help me access this account? Thank you

Hi Blair,

I have frequently checked my spam folder and it is not there 

I have contacted my email provider and they have asked for the exact email address that it being sent from and if you could please provide the dates and times it was sent so can you please provide this information?
