Hi, I have a Trello account, but the password doesn't work. The password recovery option says that an email will be sent to my email address, but the email never arrives. I've tried countless times, without success. The whole recovery system is a loop. I try to contact Atlassian's help service, but to do so I have to log in, with the same problem as on Trello. In the help menu, the instructions for recovering the password are obvious and useless: type in the email address correctly, check your spam folder... Can someone help me recover my account, please? To ask this question, I had to create a new account with Atlassian using a different email address.
