Unable to Access My Account After Trial Expired
Dear Support Team,
I tried to log in to my account (f****@********management.com), but unfortunately my trial period has expired, which means I can no longer access my account.
The only option I seem to have is to create a new account. However, this would mean losing all of my existing data.
Could you please let me know if there is a way to restore access to my account or otherwise resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance for your assistance and for thinking along with me.
Kind regards,
Martin Messer
Hi @Martin Messer and welcome
I have redacted your personal info in the post for safety reasons.
Normally trial-accounts or down-graded to a free account if no billing details has been added. Your free account might be deleted after 2 years of inactivity but you should have received a notification 60 days prior to deletion.
I have rasied a ticket to Atlassian support on your behalf. You will hear from them within 2 business days.
Best regards,
/Staffan
Hi Martin, :)
Hope you are doing well,
Welcome to the community!!
I took a look at your account and noticed it was just created today. If you were actively using your account, it’s very likely they are tied to a different email address you've used in the past. This often happens if you've logged in via a different method (like Google or Microsoft SSO) or used a personal email previously.
To help me track down your original account and get your boards back, could you clarify a couple of things?
Do you have any other email addresses you might have used with Trello?
Can you share a link to one of your missing boards? If you have a link from your browser history or an old email notification, I can use that to trace the account status and help you get everything sorted.
Thanks.
