I have a personal Trello account and a Customer account. I am locked out of the customer account, I am the admin for the account. I do not have the authinticator set up on this account, but the security key was set up, which I did not copy.
I have waited 24hrs for the one-time login access, and I have checked spam and check for the code. I need to access this account as soon as possible.
I can't find any information to contact support via phone. Please help expedite the one-time code.
