Locked out of Old Trello Account, 2FA not enabled but now required

Hi,

I just created this account because my old account, under my work email, is now locked out. I cleared my cookies cache in Google Chrome recently, and when I went to login to Trello, it asked for 2FA. I had never set that up before, but I downloaded the authenticator application with the same email; the code was not accepted even after several attempts. The alternative is a 24 character emergency key, but as I never set up 2FA prior to this, I do not have one!

Please help. I love Trello, and I have used it for years; I hope the account can be recovered.
