Listas movidas sem cartões

Pâmela
August 26, 2026

Can you check the board activity to see if there's anything in the logs?

  • On the destination board, click Show Menu (top right), then click Activity.

  • Look for entries immediately following the list move to see if a user or automation archived or moved the cards.

You could also check if there are any active filters on the destination board 👀

Also, if you are a Board Admin and still cannot find the cards in the archives or via search, you can use the board's data export to locate their exact system location.

  • Open the board Menu > More > Print and Export > Export as JSON.

  • Use Ctrl+F (or Cmd+F) to search the file for a specific missing card name to identify its current idBoard (board location) or closed (archived) status.

If you still cannot find the cards, what you could do is start a free trial of the Premium Trello plan and then raise a ticket here: Atlassian Support 🎟️
Not ideal, I know.. but it's the fastest way to get support.

Cheers,
Tobi

Agora os cards da primeira lista que mencionei estão aparecendo, mas os da segunda ainda não.

@Pâmela I've found this

When moving lists between boards, high-volume processing or background synchronization can sometimes cause data to transfer at different speeds. It is very common for one list to finish syncing before another.

  • Wait Period: These background moves can occasionally take several hours to complete. We recommend waiting up to 24 hours for the synchronization to finish, as the second list ("Ready but Unused") will likely appear automatically without any further action

If they don't show up tomorrow/after 24 hours, ping me here and I'll try to escalate this to forum support team.

Cheers,
Tobi
