I have been having issues between the app and web viewer showing my cards in different orders on specific lists. My board currently has 7 lists 2 of which we manually change the order of the cards daily. When I switch between the app and my computer the order of the cards is different on the 2 main lists that we change a lot. My board is synced to the app and all my cards show up on the right list just in a random order.

I’m also having this issue. I don’t think it’s a syncing problem because when I make changes to the content of a card or the order of cards on either my mobile app or desktop app, those changes are immediately reflected in the other app. But the mobile app won’t put the cards in the same order as the desktop app - it moves the cards around but not into the same order as the desktop app. 

I have tried closing and reopening both apps, logging out of both and updating the mobile app. I don’t have any automation set up. I use iPhone and a Mac.

Welcome to the community!

Since you've already tried closing, reopening, logging out, and updating the mobile app, the next step is to uninstall and then reinstall the Trello app on your iPhone. This can sometimes resolve sync issues by ensuring you have a fresh installation. Please try reinstalling the app and check if the issue persists, as I'm unable to replicate this issue.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 🙂

It sounds like there might be a sync issue between your Trello board in the app and in a browser, so that changes applied on another device aren't displayed in the app fast enough.
