Linked cards from checklist items based on assigned teammate

Not sure if this is possible but I would LOVE to create an automation that is like: 

• If an item in the checklist named "Rock ToDo's" is assigned to a teammate 
  • Other option if a checklist item in a card in the list "rock review" is assigned to a teammate
• Create a linked card
  • title of the linked card is the checklist item text

The dream items that I have no idea how to accomplish that might require workarounds: 

• Automatically place the linked card on the inbox of the employee assigned to the task on their personal board. 
• Create a checklist with some name like "This weeks rock todo" or something on the new linked card
  • Probably just copy the same text from a title or just simply the checklist item that says "done" or "complete" 

Cleanup automation to follow

• When this new checklist named "This weeks rock todo" is complete 
  • Archive the linked card in the employees inbox. 
  • Check off the item in the checklist on the original card

Part 1 is the tricky part.

The thing that is missing in Trello natively is the automation trigger for "when a member is added to an item in checklist..."

This could be done with make/zapier/n8n using a webhook on the action updateCheckItem

Parts 2 and 3 could be done in Trello's native automation
Part 2, you don't need a checklist items to say "done" or "complete", just use the card level completed checkbox
