Legacy Trello 2FA blocks access after successful Atlassian login

I can successfully authenticate to my Atlassian account, but opening Trello displays the legacy “Two Factor Authentication Code” screen. It says legacy Trello-only SMS authentication is no longer supported.

Resetting my Atlassian password did not remove the Trello-specific prompt, and I don’t have a working legacy backup code. Could a Trello Support team member please initiate the legacy Trello 2FA recovery/removal process for my account?

I can verify ownership through the registered email address.
