Leave Board that hasn’t been closed but doesn’t give you options to leave

I have a board under my personal boards that I was added to years ago. I can’t seem to leave it 

I am in no contact with the creators of that board anymore so I can’t ask them to assist me here. 

tried going to that site where you try to leave a closed board but that one doesn’t seem to be closed 🤷🏼‍♀️

how can I leave or remove this board from my TRELLO?

I went to this instruction, but my menu options don't match and there is no "Leave Board" option when I get to the place where the "close board" is greyed out.
