Labels show with dots on my account

I have two Trello accounts. One of them shows labels the same way I see them in all screenshots / documentation with a solid color background and text

Example:

My second account shows the labels as a light background with a colored dot and text

How can I get the labels on my second account to show the same as the first?

After posting this question I found another in the related community content (I promise I tried looking for this before making a post). @Thomas H there's no way to turn off this feature just yet. Trello is working on rolling out a new feature and it's in the works, but I've volunteered to collect feedback from the product team! Can you explain a little more about what you don't like about these new labels?

Certainly. The main reason I posted was the discrepancy between my two accounts. At first the new labels felt harder to read and the dot seamed a bit noisy, but it has started to grow on me. Some things I like include the black text matching the title of the cards and the lighter colors are easier on the eyes. That being said, the lighter colors have less contrast to the white cards, so it's harder to catch a label when I'm scrolling through a long list.

If Trello decides to move forward with the new label style I would like to see a setting to change it back, maybe as a part of the color blind setting. I do prefer the contrast of the old style for it's functionality.

I'm happy to answer more questions if the team is looking for specifics.
