Label shortcut when creating new card has initial focus state on close button rather than input

I'm on the Mac desktop app. I've only noticed it in the last month or so, but when I create a new card, type a title, and then press "Shift + Enter" to bring up the card view, and then press "L" to apply a label, the focus goes to the X button instead of the text input field to enter the label name. I may be misremembering, but I think in previous versions, the focus used to go immediately to the text input field — is this a new behavior change or a bug? It's just adding an extra step that I wish wasn't there (I mean, I wish the #label shortcut from 2023 wasn't dropped as a feature, but it is what it is).

And now in the new Trello, it's even harder (2 tabs to get to the input field!). I've submitted feedback via the app. If anyone has another place I should send feedback, let me know.

The same goes for card filtering. It's a real pain. I hope it's a bug and they fix it soon...
