Karten-Titelbild aus angehängten Dateien auswählen

Hallo. Bei neuen Karten fehlt im Auswahlmenü der angehängten Bilddateien oft der Punkt "als Titelbild". Es ist nur direkt beim Titelbild möglich eine externe Datei anzuhängen. Wie kann ich das ändern?

I can't seem to be able to reproduce the issue you're describing. Whenever I add an attachment to a card, I see an option to use it as a card cover in the drop-down menu: 

Do you see this option when going to the attachment file menu?

Also, what platform do you use to access Trello when this issue occurs: your browser, Trello desktop or mobile app?
