Just trying to add a couple of items to a checklist I use repeatedly

I see a whole bunch of answers that involve trellinator and other fancy stuff. I just want to add an item, or two, to a checklist that I use regularly. I don't want the change to be retroactive, just to modify the list for future use.

Try collect cards to the checklist using a set of cards where the card names are the checklist items. Just need a trigger for when you need this action to be executed.
