Jira integration "An error occurred while trying to create the issue."

Trello Butler rule set to create ticket in Jira Cloud.

Unfortunally I keep getting the error "An error occurred while trying to create the issue."

What could be wrong ? Or how do I find the exact problem ?

Just following up with our solution here since we also talked over email. 

When submitting a new Jira ticket through Butler, if there are any mandatory fields that must be filled out beyond the normal default, then Butler will fail to create the ticket. 

Currently Butler can only submit information for the default fields in Jira. There's not a way to make Butler fill in a required custom field.

The team is looking for ways to implement that, but for now that custom field requirement for the ticket would need to be changed in Jira instead.

Hi,

I have the same issue, "Error creating issue in jira", although I haven't changed any required fields in my project.

This worked 2 months ago, but have stopped working when I got back from my vacation.

How can I resolve this issue?
