Jira connection issues

Hi,

I have connected my Trello board to my Jira. I am trying to use the Jira power up, the connection is active.
When I create a ticket on the Trello board, I can link a Jira ticket to my Trello card, but when i go to the option of creating a Jira card from the Trello card, it walks me through the full process of creating the ticket, i am able to choose the board and the ticket type (like task or story, etc.) but the ticket never shows up on Jira. 
I need help in figuring out why is that happening.

Guilherme here from the Trello Support Team, welcome to the community :)

Are you still facing issues while trying to use the Jira Power-Up? I believe you were using the Create work Item  feature, is that correct?

Let me know if you are still facing this issue so we can try to investigate this one further.
