Jira Butler Automation Rules Issue

Keary Norcio
March 23, 2021

I am trying to use butler to automate my Jira cards, however, the Jira button is not showing under the triggers. Jira is connected under Connected Apps. Anyone else have this issue?

Butler only triggers based on actions inside of Trello. If you want to trigger automation from actions occurring in Jira, you'll need another tool, like Automation for Jira.

@Keary Norciothose are the Jira actions, which you can see after defining a trigger. Easiest way to see it is to go into "Card buttons" -> "Create Button" -> Jira:

Got it. I was hoping it could trigger the card to move based on the card status in Jira to move it to another list. Maybe that's a future feature. Thank you
