Je possède un compte trello, je ne peux l'ouvrir

mon compte Trello est actif, je dois payer et je ne peux pas accéder à mon compte, il me envoie un mail que je ne reçoit pas sur ma boite mail, procédure identification renforcé, comment je peux accéder à mon compte ou changer l'adresse mail afin de recevoir mon mail pour donner les chiffres Identifiants, c'est très important car je dois présenter mon travail à une commissions pour certification merci, je possède mon compte avec mon mot de passe mais je ne recoit pas les chiffres identifiant renforcer merci de m'aider ou de me contacter mille merci.
