Issues uploading and downloading files with the new Iphone 16 Pro Max

All my team members with older Iphones are able to upload and download fotos in out trello boards. I used to be able too two days ago when using the Iphone 15 pro max. Now with the 16 and new ios it doesnt? 

Also canva is not working - same issue. I talked to apple nd they say trello needs to fix this? 

Does anyone have the same issues?

Hi Larissa,

This issue is usually related to the 'Files and Folders' permissions under 'Privacy & Security' in the iOS Settings. Are you seeing any error messages?

Can you try to upload a file/photo to any card and then try to download attachments again? You only need to upload once.

If that doesn't solve the problem, please kindly reinstall the app by following these steps: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/troubleshooting-for-the-ios-app/
