Issue Integrating with Hubstaff

Hello! My workplace uses Hubstaff to track time and we've been integrating it with Trello, however, for some reason I'm the only member of our team who is having trouble getting Trello to recognize my Hubstaff account. We have try removing me from the workspace and re-adding me, reauthenticating the integration, creating a new account and even a new email, as well as trying both other web browsers and private browsers, but nothing has worked. 

As far as we can see, the only error that pops up is it says "Trello could not find [my name] in Trello", and it has my name highlighted red, but that's all we have to go off of unfortunately.
