 Subject: Issue: All cards showing as “Archived or deleted card”

 

Message:

Hello Time in List team,

On all of my Trello boards, the Time in List Power-Up shows every card in reports as “Archived or deleted card”, even though the cards are active and visible.

Details:

  • I am the board administrator.

  • I have tried disabling/enabling the Power-Up, clearing browser cache, and testing in different browsers (including incognito).

  • I also tested on a new board with fresh cards — the issue still persists.

  • The problem occurs across all boards.

 

Could you please investigate this issue or let me know if it is a known bug?

Hi Denis, welcome to Trello community!

I'm sorry to hear about that. It looks like the problem is related to the Time in List Power-Up. This Power-up was developed and is maintained by a company outside Trello, and I'm afraid we don't have visibility on their system to see what is going on.

I recommend reaching out to the team that developed the Power-up directly, as they should be able to help you with this. You can contact their support by this email: support@timeinlist.com
