Is there no way to export customer email addresses?

I was going to convert to business grade to try to download a CSV, but I can't find instructions on how to get my customer info out of Trello to use elsewhere. I did find a couple of posts that made it look like it wasn't possible regardless... which makes me wonder why I started using Trello in the first place if I can't get my customer information back out in the form I need it. 

Does anyone have some insight on this?
