Is there anyway to include the date a checklist item was created, or respond directly to an item?

Hello,

I would like to be able to see when a checklist item was created - is there a way to turn that on?

I also would like to be able to respond directly to a checklist item - is that possible?

Hi Arielle, welcome to the community!

As of now, we don't log when a checklist item was created in our Activity UI. Only when a checklist is created or when a checklist item has been ticked or marked as completed. A workaround would be to convert a checklist item to a card once it's been created. 

The only caveat is that once this becomes a card, the checklist item disappears. That means you'll have to copy the card link and paste this back into the checklist so it looks like this:

It is not possible to respond directly to a checklist item. However, with the above setup, you can click the link to the "second item" card so you can respond there will any status updates.
