Is there any way to have multiple description fields?

Is there any way to have multiple description fields?

In that way, I can make multiple questions in the description area instead of the activity area.

If you are able to use a powerup, the Amazing Fields powerup allows this type of thing. You can add as many multi-line text areas as you want and you can even group them with headers, colors, etc. If you give it a try, feel free to contact me through support in the powerup to help out.
