Is there a way to turn off the Jira pop up?

I don't have Jira but every time I try to take an action on a card one of my menu choices is to "create a Jira work item" plus if I accidentally move my cursor over it, a pop-up opens with an animated graphic. Is there a way to turn it off?

The "Create Jira work item" option you see in the card menu is a native Atlassian integration that appears automatically when a Trello workspace is linked to a Jira site through the same Atlassian organization. It's not a Power-Up you install or uninstall — it's built into Trello itself.

What makes it appear on some workspaces but not others:

The key factor is whether the Trello workspace is connected to an Atlassian organization that also has a Jira site. Specifically:

1. The Trello workspace must be managed by an Atlassian organization (connected via admin.atlassian.com)
2. That same organization must also have a Jira product/site linked to it
3. When both conditions are met, Trello automatically surfaces the "Create Jira work item" option on cards in that workspace

So the workspace where you see the button is likely managed by an organization that has Jira, while your other workspaces are either free/standalone workspaces not linked to an organization, or linked to an organization that doesn't include Jira.

To verify this:

• Go to the workspace where the button appears → Settings → check if it shows it's managed by an Atlassian organization
• Compare with a workspace where the button doesn't appear

To disable it, an Organization Admin would need to manage this from admin.atlassian.com — it's not something you can toggle at the board or workspace level as an individual user.

ich think there is actually no option to do that. But i have send this requeest to atlassian and at the top of trello you can give feedback directly to the trello team.  I think they will respond within 2 business days.
