Is there a way to turn off the Jira pop up?

I don't have Jira but every time I try to take an action on a card one of my menu choices is to "create a Jira work item" plus if I accidentally move my cursor over it, a pop-up opens with an animated graphic. Is there a way to turn it off?

Hi , 

ich think there is actually no option to do that. But i have send this requeest to atlassian and at the top of trello you can give feedback directly to the trello team.  I think they will respond within 2 business days.
