Is there a way to stop Trello posting in Slack

The integration looks cool, but I just want to keep a personal TODO list or reminder for myself. Don't really want to see something like this whenever using the Trello bot in slack:

Hey Sheng

Go into your Slack Power Up on Trello and click the gear icon. You'll be able to identify what you want to be notified by checking or unchecking the boxes.
