Is there a way to get a card to repeat on, say, the first Monday of the month?

Is there a way to get a card to repeat on, say, the first Monday of the month?

I can have it repeat every four weeks, or every five weeks, but that's not the same thing.

@Beth Reitz you can do this most flexibly with a Butler rule that will do something like:

That's the power-up that I'm using. If I say repeat monthly on the 1st, it will repeat on March 1, April 1, and so on. What I need is for it to repeat on the first MONDAY, so that would be March 1, April 5, May 3, etc... I don't see a way to do this.
