Is there a way to edit an existing Power-Up?

Hello, the company I am with uses Salesforce and we store our projects in there. With the Salesforce power up it will only allow us to extract information from a ; lead, opportunity, contact, and case. We would need something that would allow us to extract a project. Are there any ways to do this?

I don't think you will be able to edit the salesforce power up but there is an option to create your own power up. More info here.
