Is there a way to directly record a video as a comment on a Trello card?

We are trying to capture a Time Lapse video of a certain process of our production process and upload it to the Trello card it is associated with automatically.  As a job comes across this machine my employee will open the Trello card for that job, start/ end their time and enter any notes relevant to the job.  I would like to mount a Time Lapse Camera above this machine and have a Power-up that would start the video and attach it to the card that is open automatically for Quality Assurance purposes.  That card is then closed and the next is opened.

Currently we are taking a Time Lapse on a separate iPad then going back and inserting the video to the card which take 5-10 minutes a job.
