Our org uses Trello as a content calendar and it works great and allows others inside the org a view at what content we're putting out and on what channels. The issue I have is that in Calendar view, we often have a lot of content going out in a single day and if you add more than 2 items to a day, you have to scroll in that individual day to see all of the items (see example of July 28 below). That really defeats the purpose of having a high level calendar view.
I'm wondering if there is a way to either adjust the height of the cell boxes to display more items per day, or even better, if the height of the row could auto expand depending on how many items are in a cell in that row. This would eliminate the need to scroll in an individual day and provide a better quick look from the calendar perspective.
Thanks!
Hi @Matthew Vinson !
Have you tried switching to a weekly view?
Also, if you use the Calendar View with Business class instead of the Calendar Power-Up, yi think you'll like that monthly view better.
Example - here's what my monthly view looks like in the Calendar View and i can see multiple cards in the month view.
Thank you! I didn't even see the "Weekly" button. That is much more helpful. We don't have Business Class, but I'm going to explore it and most likely upgrade. You've been extremely helpful! Thank you!

One other question - If I have Business Class and I am the admin of the board, will others with access to the board have access to the Calendar View or will they too need to have a Business Class account?

@Matthew Vinson so the way business class works, is that you'll have to pay for every member of that board. Although... if the other members are only on that board and not any other boards of your team, they can be counted as guests and you won't be charged for them.
