Is there a way to add a primary member to a card?

Is there a way to add a primary member to a card?

Is there a way to designate a primary card member? Or card leader? It appears the order of the member icons is alphabetical, but I'd like to designate a primary member so I know who the card project belongs to. Is this currently an option?

@Jenn Davis I don't really think that is possible with Trello.
Trello has no much level access past the board level. That's why you realize that all members in a board can view and join any cards.
Maybe it's a feature which Trello should look into

I too wish this was possible in Trello. I wonder how we request it

One work around I have used is to add a custom field for primary task owner.
