Trello automation does not currently support adding custom stickers via automation rules. One possible workaround may be adding emoji-based labels or prefix card titles. For example, if your automation is: “When a card is added to list ‘Urgent’, set the name to 🚨 {cardname}”
I believe that's been a desired user feature for a while, so maybe in the future we may have it as an option.
