Is there a help desk for setting up automations on Trello?

Is there a help desk for setting up automations on Trello?

We are new Trello users, still under our free trial of the premium plan. We are looking forward to relying on Trello for project management this year. I would like to set up several automated actions with cards, boards and lists; but I have been unsuccessful in getting it to work. Is there a representative that could talk me through it, or maybe just a kind soul that has done it before and is willing to help?
