I don't think Trello Enterprise is available for 10 users. The price estimating tool located here shows a minimum of 50 users. It shows a minimum price of $17.50 per billable user for 50 users, and the price lowers with additional users.
You would need to contact sales for Trello Enterprise anyway; you cannot purchase it without communicating with a Trello Enterprise salesperson, and they set the final billing details. Here's the link:
