Is there a character limit when adding an Outlook e-mail to a Trello card?

I am attempting to add a lengthier e-mail thread to a project card that our department is working on, but I'm receiving the following message when attempting to add: "Sorry, your comment could not be added to Trello card."

I have edited the message to any unnecessary items (images, security policy info in signatures, etc.), but that doesn't seem to do the trick.

I am currently using the Outlook web app and Trello on Chrome.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
