Is there a Trello add-in for Microsoft Outlook that lets you create a card from Outlook (not email?

Currently I found the Trello add-in for Microsoft Outlook that lets you open an email and create a card for that email. It appears the missing feature with this add-on is that fact that you don't always create a card from an email. Like the JIRA add-on, it has command buttons on the ribbon to simply create an issue. There is another set of command buttons for having an email open and creating an issue pertaining to the email. This is the feature I am looking for in Trello. Trello appears to be the right fit for me but really hoping I can find this feature.

Any help would be much appreciated.

As Microsoft has built and is maintaining the Outlook add-in, I would recommend reaching out to them with the feature request.
