Is legal to use trello free version in a corporation?

I want to use Trello as a software in the corporation, but I don´t know if I can use the free version or I need to use the paid version instead.

Could you give us any guide to use free version in a corporation as a commercial use?

Absolutely legal but it may not be in line with the companies IT policy so that is worth checking out
