Is it possible to create a template for cards that shows the info vertically?

Ideally, we would want to see this information upfront without having to open the card. So far all I have seen is that we could get this info to show but horizontal and bunched up. Not as clean as this. 

Asking if we can do this:

Name

Date

Lender

Referrer

Etc. 

Vs this:

Name / Date / Lender / Referrer / Etc. 

Hope that makes sense.
