Is it possible to access Desktop Trello version when using the IBM Lenovo Thinkpad?

Our team is moving to Trello for project management, but a number of us use the IBM Lenovo Thinkpad, and were just wondering whether those members of the team will be able to have access to the Trello desktop version. We all use the Microsoft suite of products.
